The letters scroll across the screen. You just have to hit the letter on the keyboard to make it disappear.

You CANNOT let any letters get past! As soon as one letter reaches the end, game over! You CAN make typos, however, but you lose a point (or so) for each one.

Alright, I just decided to stop after playing nonstop after one hour...I officially made it in 3rd place in the all time scores. Game is incredibly easy, after you hit your 1,000 mark, the difficulty really doesn't increase, all that it takes is maybe 9 hours of continuously typing and you will get #1...if your hands don't die out on you, so I figured I should stop and show off .

I am a bit disapointed because I wanted to make it in 2nd, but some ass (his actual name) topped me off with 42,584 while I was in the middle of playing, if I would have known that, I would have played a bit longer.
