Anime questions

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Anime questions

Does anyone know WHAT Lupin the Third and Reign are? I hear on TV that they are on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim, but haven't been up long enough to watch em.

2: Does anyone know WHEN the new Toonami show, .hack//SIGN, will premire? I saw the commercial but didn't catch the date.

3: TOONAMI GAINT ROBOT WEEK! Shows like some of the best. Evangelion, and one word that embodies Giant Mecha anime is its purest.

Robotech.

I almost spelled it Robotehc! I can't screw up the name of one of the best animes on earth!

toonami shows .//hacksign on saturdays at 3:00 i think but i saw it and it is TERRIBLE it was the most random thing i have ever seen, trust me the cartoon network edited versions are not worth watching you should just buy the DVDs, even on adult swim they don't show the full uncut versions, i recently bought the outlaw star DVD set and it is SO funny but i wouldn't have known watching the cartoon network version. the only thing cartoon network is good for is getting and idea of whether or not you will like a show and if you do like it then you are better off watching the DVD

I keep waiting for Cartoon Network to put on Star Blazers which is my favorite anime. I sent them a letter once asking them to put it on in the place of Captain Planet because little kids shouldn't be subjected to Captain Planet's anti-capitalist message.

I saw Lupin for the first time the other day. I thought it was pretty weird, but I haven't seen enough to be sure.

I liked it when they were showing G-Force. I found that show completely hilarious.

Captain Planet was pro-environment, pro-environment is not always necessarily anti-capitalism. All it did was ask children to plant trees and recycle your waste. Hardly anti-capitalism.

Slightly off topic, but if you guys have Tech-TV, they have been showing a good, yet weird show called Serial Expirements Lain, I saw the entire series fansubbed, but never dubbed on American television.

It actually starts again tonight at 8 PM PST. It's listed as "Anime Unleashed" so I don't know what they are showing tonight.

Tech TV is also showing the Thunderbirds, those funny marionettes. I like it but my wife thinks it's stupid so I can only watch it when she's taking a nap. Does anyone else watch that show? If you do, what does it mean when they say 'F. A. B.' at the end of a radio conversation. I can't figure out what it stands for.
