You guys have some real nice machines. I'm hoping my setup gets by and a lot of guys here have boosted my confidence.

my sound card is a cheapo but I may put my soundblaster512 back in.
I've been telling my wife how old this computer is so I can get a new machine soon. I sweeten it up by telling her how much better her scanner and photo software will do on a new computer.

Don't buy befor you check that your mobo supports DDR. AFAIK mobo's that support SDram do not support DDR. Those boards were targeted at low end and office machines.

And an old sound card.
Going to upgrade to:
P4 Amd athlon 2.0 gighz( or Pentium 2.0 Gighz )
