I remember those; the touchpads were rather ropey iirc and would conflict with mouse functions esp in emulated apps like QVT and I eventually threw about 50 of them away.

I have an old MiTaC P166 laptop from about 1997 that still works, I use it for soem Linux and DOS work occasionally, it looks like a brick but it's as solid as a rock, although the screen is a bit flickery every now and then (seems to settle down though)
