Harrier in dire straights...
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

As most of you might not know, I've met harrier in real life. He, his wife, his daughter and dog provided me with a home away from home during my stay in their beautiful country. The original plan was to visit him for a BBQ, but I ended up staying a little over a month. During that time, they treated me like I was part of the family.
With joy I remember the times when the both of us would play Freelancer, or I would just watch him create all sorts of ships. His main project at that time was to make a hawk-feather kind of texture. The patience and effort he put into this was incredible.
I was lost for words when I heard of Dave's illness. My thoughts and prayers are with Maureen, Jenna and Chris from who a great man is taken away. I wish you all the strenght you need in coping with this tragic loss.

Here is my contribution, and the attached message.
A man alone
Friends all around
A call on the phone
The truth has been found
As the night fall comes
Their voices ring
Still rivers run
As the tides sing
The stars are calling
A world unseen
The cost appalling
Where he could have been
The time are here
But folk should be merrier
No more sadness and fear
Fare Well Harrier
----------------------------------------
The poem is meant to end on a happier note, I doubt he would have wanted to you to be so sad. I’ll say it again, my condolences to you and your family. He will be sorely missed,
