The Shadow People!!

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I'm a lurker for the most part. Mainly post about OL and put on the occasional display of geekdom in FL discussion.

I lapse into lurking from time to time. Depends on whether or not there's a thread I actually care enough to post in, becuase- let's face it- buisiness ain't exactly boomin' around here. I still pop in every now and then...

I don't really consider myself a lurker, but I'm more of a coming and going person. Basically my interest will be caught by another forum that I must contribute to and sometimes it gets to the point where I forget about TLR all the same and I won't show up for long periods.

I've been on-again off-again for some time now. (over 5 months) I suppose I could count as a lurker...

Anyhow, my forum life has been taken over by Openlancer, explaining why I'm a no-show here.

And no, ^that was not advertising...more or less...sorta...no I'm lying, sorry.

Hello Recusant!

I suppose I'd be a lurker even though I have been more active in recent months.

Hello Rec, Topher. How're your families, pets, PCs, etc?

Post Tue Nov 07, 2006 6:09 am

Family is good - we bought a new house in August (now I have a Mortgage, yuck!)
my wife will finish her Master's in Teaching this coming May and I'm still plugging along in my Bio-Medical Eng degree

The PC and Laptop are fine, I need to upgrade the ram a bit but they are good.

Sophie, our tuxedo cat, is doing well - she is very talkative

I got promoted in July and was made salary, woo-hoo!

How about you Eskie?

Sounds like everythig is going well Topher, excellent stuff! As for me, thank you for asking. Let me see...

The family is fine, my two older brothers moved out a few months ago, and I (successfully) finished my Masters in Information Management and Systems in June, and I am working in IM research on a government-funded project. The dog is still around, but her arthritis (hips) is slowly getting worse, but she seems happy enough for 11+ years and is still eating and barking, etc. As for olde Typhon he is really showing his age these days. I intend to upgrade him near the end of the year and go for a Vista-compatible DX10-compatible machine. Once this is accomplished, all will be well . That''s about it at the moment.
