Antidisestablishmentarianism is such an unusually long word that if you know it it's quite recognisable.
For defenestration, I quickly noticed the word probably ended in "tion" and the remaining letters made it pretty obvious what the word was. Still, in that case it wasn't something I immediately spotted.

I got the second one instantly, it was fairly obvious (but then I do know of the word). Not knowing the word for the first one, i had no clue at all - no matter how hard I looked at it.
