btw: The Leipzig University offers a special service: you can write into the "search for anagramm"-line any word or name and the machine provides you with a list of all possible combinations of those letters that make sense.
It does only work in german though - but still it is amazing

What I'd really be interested to know is how many people could get that without actually knowing the words in question (or at the very least playing around with the letters for a while). I mean, sure, the trick works...but it only works up until a certain point, after which it doesn't just come right to you. Even if you knew defenestration and antidisestablishmentarianism, I'll bet you had to think about it a bit before you knew what you were looking at.
