Do they allow only conventional world religions or also non-conventional like paganism?

Post Thu Mar 30, 2006 12:59 pm

At this time, I have only heard of using the bible opened to psalms, and one instance of using the Koran. But there are rumors of others, as they worship"The Great Acutect(sp) of the Universe and often refer to King Soloman. On the other side of the coin, its said they truly worship Bahamet.

whats a freemason?
A builder who works for nothing. Very rare in Ireland where they generally charge crazy prices, work slowly, and never return to correct the mistakes they made.

That or...free·ma·son Audio pronunciation of "freemason" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (frmsn)
n.

1. Freemason A member of the Free and Accepted Masons, an international fraternal and charitable organization with secret rites and signs.
2. A member of a guild of skilled itinerant masons during the Middle Ages.

Born of the idea of a workers guild whereby the men of a trade would agree on certain terms of work practice or share information / assistance it developed into what is probably the worldsbest very well known secret society, if you can handle the contradiction that is.

Si-igh

What the magority of masons work in are Degrees, fir instance my father is a third degree, when I was proposed, I joined with the same degree as my father, this works the same world wide,

there is no such pragmation when it comes to religion, just that there is a higher being than us, and it is our job to do good for the community, non of this wrtched satanism, for crying out aload The knights templare are part of us.

So what do they do for the community etc? Curious as I hear nothing whatsoever about freemasons at all - apart from the age old whispers that it's usually people in "high" positions that get invited (like Judges, doctors, lawyers etc). The old whisper being that if you were a mason, and in court - if the judge was a mason you'd get a more leniant sentence.

I also heard that Elvis is alive though, so no, I don't believe things I hear/think it holds water - just relaying what I've heard, as it literally is all i've heard. So what do they do?
