how many do you play?

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

how many do you play?

instruments....how many of them do you play? of course my main instrument is the trumpet. but i'm also learning piano right now, and soon i'll be learning the saxaphone. i'll probably start that in june. my sister doesn't like band so she's dropping it next year; i will be aquiring her saxaphone. and sometime after that i'll be learning the flute. it kinda helps that my mom works at the music store...i can just borrow instruments from the store and use them if i want

oh, and i doubt you noticed my absense since last thursday. i went to Idaho for the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival; and i must say, i feel so inspired by what i heard to play music even more. i'm sure you've heard me bragging abuot my high range for a mere teenager on the trumpet...well since then i feel as if it has gotten even better just from hearing other trumpet players. i felt i was sort of losing it just because i never hear much trumpet music. if you live anywhere near idaho...hell...even if you live in another country and love jazz music you must go to this festival.

and for those of you who think of jazz as people just saying "be da boo ba dee" kind of things...that is part of jazz....i myself am not a huge fan of that. my main interest is non-vocal things. the first night i was there, a lot of things were just singing, but then a non vocal jazz band comes up and it was just amazing

I myself am a rock musician, recently began the task of forming a band (an actual serious band, right now its me and a keyboardist i knew from middle school) and I play two instruments. I've been a drummer for a long time now, played in school and played set for a while. 'Bout two years ago I decided I was gonna learn guitar and I've barely played drums since. Those are my instruments (I have recently dabbled in electric bass, though).

Well, I used to be able to play the drumbs and the base guitar very well. I didn't know any of the music notes or anything or how to read music, but I could listen to something, and after a few minutes I could immitate it pretty well. But for some reason, I can't do that anymore. I can't play any musical insturment besides one piece drums for crap.

Used to play a bit of piano, then moved on to drums and guitar. I played lead guitarist in our band in uni but haven't really had the time since...

I prefer a keyboard and have 2 at this point in time.

Piano, although not played it for a long time (only play when everyone is away ), but had lessons for years.

Guitar - erm, no lessons though. Got 4 guitars (2 elec, 2 accoustic). Something addictive about guitars, but although I've played for 7 years, it's been sporadic for the past 3 (ie, i've managed to get worse instead of better!). I never manage to sit down and learn anything in detail, the lure of the power chord and some serious chugging sounds are too strong.

Piano and drums. In a band at the moment, we're very similar to Mew and Röyksopp, actually. Strange-ish music. Been playing piano for five years, started with the drums 'bout two years ago.
