23rd out of what? out of flying schools or all universities?

All schools in the nation. I dont remember what that was from, but some "all-inclusive" poll/grade reports and all that.

@Final the qualifications are exactly the same as i was refering to just the FAA rather than the CAA version (not just a pilots licence) ,as with any course at another commercial flight school and at le tourneau , instructor is an option not a finite part of the course

My mentioning was that it goes beyond just flying,

Aeronautical Science Job Placement:
With further studies, a science field, research, and even towards astronaut training further down the road. That beside him being a pilot, he can study engineering field to that end of aviation as well.
