Whats your favorite and least favorite subject(s)?

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Lucky you only having to do one Shakespeare...we did Romeo and Juliet and Merchant of Venice and Hamlet.

Final year was Hamlet and Lord of the flies, but I quite enjoyed LOTF.

Science was enjoyable, or parts of it in anyways, I enjoyed Chemistry more than Physics

I must have been a sadist, I played rugby for my school and was either playing a match or doing some sort of training 5 times a week! The worst was when you were stuck outdoors in shorts doing circuit training and other exercises while the wind blew in hail sideways. The whole time your coach is in some sort of shell suit that keeps him totally dry and toasty!
Still, there's nothing better than a bit of legalised violence when you're a teenager

I really hated physical education, mainly because i didn't really need it when i was younger, (compared to others in my class) but i never hated a subject, was just disagreements with teachers, which still hamper me today. I'm still pretty good with my english skills, was 3 highest in my class for that, sciences I had no patience to write up reports, strangely, art was a pretty bad subject for me because it was more for people who want to become critics, rather than artists.

worst moment in english was when we did lord of the rings
the halfwit english teacher insisted that tolkien was refering to actual people (cant remember now who she stated its a long time ago) throughout history with many of the characters in the books
where i can see where this theory comes from ,i had read many biographical pieces on tolkien (which she hadnt) and they all debunked her pet theory pretty unanimously
she needless to say was of the attitude :agree with her or you were totally wrong no debate was tolerated
did i mention at school i was forced to write right handed !
as for rugby why did you only do 1 hr a day Grom :p i did 2/3 ,penalty of playing as a winger and in the pack both sets of training

In High School I lived for Track and Cross-Country. Soccer in PE was a favorite (with the kind permission of those in the UK ;-) Had I been born a Brit I'm sure I'd have loved rugby.
Best subjects were drafting/architecture, science, english, numerous shop classes.
Regrettably - I hated social studies, history and math.
Now I'm into Greco-Roman history, the Greek language, astronomy, Classic lit and music, economics, investing, and science with an emphasis on intelligent design. I used to be into building computers but these infernal contraptions are such time gobblers. I could go on but lets just say life is a perpetual classroom - love it!

You always find what you're looking for.

what aspects of Greco-Roman history? my own particular are of concentration is the socio-economic conditions of the Later Empire (post-Diocletianic reform,) the spread of latifundia and the subsequent foreshadowing of the medieval manor system.

I found out recently, that math is still a favorite subject. I had to take a course to get a CPO™ certificate. Certified Pool Operator. Many counties/states require it to operate a pool. Half the test/course was math related, and it was really easy for me. See, school does pay off. Oh yea, I score a 100 on the test too.
