Gizoogled TLR front page
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Hey guys, just wondering if you guys had heard of Gizoogle. It's pretty weird, take a look at the Gizoogled TLR front page. *WARNING: CONTAINS SOME SWEARING*
It doesn't corrupt and mock, Taw. It would require a human on the other end to do such a thing. This is merely a computer generated algorithm that replaces certain strings. it has neither intelligence, nor purpose. Corruption and Mocking are human actions, not the actions of a process. it is merely doing what it was created to do.
I am rather curious as to what it is supposed to DO though. make it all in drunken idiot language? I can honestly say i have never heard of Gizoogle. Although have you ever heard of Shredder?
Basically a Web broser Java applet that screws around with HTML coding. Just as useless (if not moreso)

Arania, you kinda gave yourself away there, as you said, a computer has no intelligence, it doesn't think nor express initiative or opinion, so the most logical option is that a HUMAN programmed it, and as you so clearly stated, mock and corruption are human actions, and I agree with Taw, its disgusting. and a Mock and Corruption of a very fine site

I don't see anything wrong with it. Why is everyone getting so upset about it? It's nothing more than a tongue-in-cheek 'translation' algorithm that changes words and phrases into... whatever the heck it is.
All this nonsense about corruption and mockery; you'd think I'd taken paint stripper to the Mona Lisa. Do you think whoever wrote the algorithm had the intention to corrupt and mock webpages for malicious amusement? I could easily see myself writing that sort of thing. If anyone's getting mocked, it's the people who talk like that.
Just go to http://www.gizoogle.com/funnytrans.php to see my point.
I'm not evil, I'm morally challenged

Google often do that sort of thing, for light hearted reasons:
For instance, search on google for l337 h4x0r, and this is the first result:
http://www.google.com/intl/xx-hacker/
Yep, a google page for teh h4x0rs search, including the Þ/2Øl\/ search (image).
As for whether I find it insulting, not in the least. It's light hearted - nothing more, nothing less. As always - interpretations differ upon viewing obviously. It is simply a "translator" in my eyes though, not a persistently hosted site, but dynamically created upon request, for whatever page you wish to use. If it were a persistantly hosted site, another spoof website of this one... then I would find it mildly insulting, as well as being misleading. It isn't though.
Would you find it insulting if it were a l337 translator instead? Enter the web address into the bar, and then it "displays" the page in l337 formatting instead?
