Time to play...Name That Song!!

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Time to play...Name That Song!!

Heh...how many spinoffs can we have Alright, the rules...You have to type lyrics from the song (make sure they're correct ) and give a hint towards the song or band. Also, make sure the lyric is clearly from that song No "I Love You"

I'll start...

You got a velvet mouth you’re so succulent and beautiful

The band shares its name with a popular action/horror movie released within the past couple years...Part of the song's name is also the name of a character from a very popular Nintendo game.

Underworld-Born Slippy

My turn!

Hint: The band's name has something to do with flies, and they're Canadian. And this will probably give it away, but the album this song is from is called Head Trip To Nowhere.

Sheets of pain fell
on this wasted land
I still belive
hope is the answer
spent my life time
always running away
this day I conqured
all my newer fears

Killa: Flybanger - Cavalry

My turn to be obscure:

Kisses on the dancefloor in my past
I need some comfort just like you
Beating like a bass drum time goes by
I want the last dance just like you

EDIT: i have to give a hint? jeez. Bandname = Haloesque.

Carry me back, carry me back,
Carry me back, baby, where I come from.

hint: It is in alot of car comercials.

Jask, considering the hint you gave, I'll hazard a guess at Covenant.
Unless there's a band out there called "red vs blue"...

Rec got the band right, and to put you out of your misery, the track was called 'Bullet'

fleish, your known love for zep made that one obvious

Led Zeppelin - Rock and Roll

Great album "IV," probably their best. Just my opinion though...Though my opinion is all that matters

Well I'm not there all the time you know
Some people, some people, some people,
Call it insane, yeah they call it insane,
I play Russian roulette everyday, a man's sport,
With a bullet called life, yeah called life,
You know that every time I try to go
Where I really want to be,
It's already where I am,
Cause I'm already there…

Orillion should get this one. I love this song.

Sugar - System of a Down, I've been listening to that album for about 5 years now!

okay, my turn, needs to be something fairly mainstream....
"...arrest this girl, her Hitler hairdo is makin' me feel ill"

Rec gots it. I love that song. Sorry rec, dont know your song.

Shower in the dark day
Clean sparks driving down
Cool in the waterway
Where the baptized drown
Naked in the cold sun
Breathing life like fire
Thought I was the only one
But that was just a lie

Rec...Great song, even better band! Karma Police - Radiohead

How about this one...

When you say it's gonna happen now
When exactly do you mean?
I've already waited too long
And all my hope is gone

Haven't listen to any of songs from the last 10 years or so

But heres an oldie for you -

I feel uptight on a saturday night
Nine o’ clock, the radio’s the only light
I hear my song and it pulls me through
Comes on strong, tells me what I got to do
