pranks

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

yea, i heard about the bleach+ammonia reaction-
create the best household cleaner! mix bleach and ammonia!

yes, some people did this, and summarily passed out from the toxic fumes.

As for the sodium iodide + Hydrogen Peroxide reaction, i really have no idea... gimme a sec...

NaI + H2O2 > NaOH + IOH

so, sodium hydroxide and iodine hydroxide, if my sub-standard chemistry skills are on the bat. its either that or sodium oxide and hydrogen iodide, or sodium iodide and hydrogen oxide (or dihydrogen oxide, i couldnt get the specifics, i assumed the H2O2 decayed into hydroxyde radicals first).

oh, BTW: its the Hydrogen peroxide thats the oxidiser, not sodium iodide. hydrogen peroxide breaks down into water and oxygen when subjected to heat or light.

And no, i have no idea if any of those would create overwhelming foam.

theres always water in the gas tank that doesn't cause any damage
or if you know anything about his car unplug a vacuum line almost all suv's and trucks have them, in older cars they control 4 wheel drive, heaters, idle control.
or take off the distributor cap take a pencil and draw a line between two of the points in the top of the cap it'll cause ths spark to miss instead of firing those spark plugs
or heres a classic take a potato or part of one the size of the tail pipe and push it in as far as possible again no damage but undrivable car
btw i've had the vacuum line, potato and distributor cap pranks pulled on me talk about one messed up blazer

"Sounds more like a special effect. You should never mix chemicals if you don't know the effect. Mixing Bleach and amonia creates a gas that can kill you, yet both are houshold cleaners."

My Dad one tried to unclog a toilet using bleach and draino.... He started choking on the fumes and stumbled out of the house.

Buy a box of creme filled oreo's, scrape out the cream filling and replace with mint toothpaste.

Buy a bunch of cheap alarms and set them to go off every half an hour and hide them very very well in his room.

Put jello mix all inbetweeen his sheets so when he crawls in it feel like sand and it will turn his skin that color for a little while too.

I'm with Taw. Pranks ain't ma thang as they seem to smack of a high level of immaturity (no offence posters ). Although in the case of "revenge", ie. playing a prank on someone who played one on you, it may be acceptable . In any case, there are a number of PC-related pranks that you can play. Such as the old "take a screenshot of the person's desktop, set is as a background image, and hide their 'Start' bar and icons" prank. That's a classic and is great for the office. Then of course, there are nastier ones. I know of one, but I do not know if it actually works. It's PC-related. Anyone interested? *Looks pointedly at Taw*
