Hey Eskie, I''m huntin'' Wabbitsees!

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I know that you don't. That's why I decided to tweak the nose of the Tawakalna for asking such a question!

divinities aren't ordained anyway, only their acolytes get that distinction.

I found this hare-raising picture of the so-called Rabbit *God* at his favourite pastime..

I have finally narrowed it down to 3 reasons why Esq won't post his pic.

1. He works for a government agency secretly, Ie CIA, FBI or the Austrailian versions and doesn't won't to get caught on line by them.
2. His kingdom or Rabbitopolis would know who there ruler is and may sworm him for his Ginger Beer.
3. He secretly is an under cover agent from Tawlastan and if discovered, his followeres would hand him from the nerest tree to his burrow. So he pretends a war with Taw as a cover.

Ooooooh. The Hunchback of Notre Hare!

option number 1 is much closer to the truth than you think, FD; our furry friend does indeed have connections with shadowy intelligence-gathering institutions on his continent. Methinks Esquilikitaxitavian *independence* is as much of a myth as our chimaeroid chum, an illusion granted by the Toad-Men who govern the Land of Oz in return for computer-related sneakery.

Only in Tawakalnistan can true freedom from the forces of oppression and corruption be found but you aren't allowed to actually do anything.

Firstly, I don't have a 286, and secondly I *can* run games in 16-bit colour! I can prove it too, because I played WCIV in 16-bit colour last week! As for my "connections"... just because a good chum of mine is a copper doesn't mean that I'm a member of "da management"! I rage against the proverbial, man!

As for the "freedom" of Tawakalnistan, the people there are so depraved that some of the female subjects have been found to watch "reality" shows. That proves that there is an insidious type of slavery going on... In Esquilaxitavia though, so-called "reality" television is discouraged, but not banned in order that the freedoms of the subjects are not impinged upon.

Indy - I only have a hunch because of all the low doorways around here! The world does not cater to the freak .

sorry Wabbit my apologies. you don't have a 286, that was low of me. It's a 386 SX-20 with a whole <gasp> 4mb of RAM - it even has a PCI slot, for one of those new fangled PCI video cards?

btw how can you type if you aren't real?

Who says that I am not real? Surely the fact that I am "speaking" to you now proves proves *something*! "I type, therefore I am" remember .

Post Fri Mar 17, 2006 3:51 am

you could be a figment of my imagination, I'm not well you know. But i must be really ill to imagine a 6'6" antipodean rabbit-thing that read medieval poetry and works for Australia's intelligence-gathering services, crikey what does that say about me

well, it's either that or talk to the King of the Vulture Men

Post Fri Mar 17, 2006 9:31 am

Who says that the King of the Vulture Men isn't real?

Post Fri Mar 17, 2006 7:37 pm

6'6"+! Besides, you could just as easily be a figment of *my* imagination Taw. Either way, one of us has a powerful imagination which is probably a good thing as it distracts us from the cold and existential isolation in which we live.

Indy - Nobody says that he isn't real, but as with all mythical beings if you don't believe in them they tend to go away. Those mythical beings with their own sense of reality and a strong sense of self are somewhat immune however. *Preens self and checks to make sure that fur is straight*

your existence has been called into question several times now. Rather than an erstwhile sense of self, perhaps you could provide some physical evidence of your existence. Currently you're sort of a upside-equivalent of the Wizard of Oz, all voice and no substance?

after all, we can hardly ask your fellow warren-dwellers as to your reality or not, they just nibble with their teeth and scrabble with their claws and eat carrots - hardly effective inter-species communication, is it?

and, incidentally, do you equate yourself with Lord Frith? isn't that blasphemous?

oh yeah we want a pic of Typhon too, not for existentialist purposes you understand, just to laugh at

Post Sun Mar 19, 2006 1:45 am

Isn't it enough that I *seem* to exist? Why do you need proof? Simply *believe* that I exist. Faith is the key... In any case, I'm not revealing myself on a public forum! Besides, as I have said, you would be scarred for life, and I couldn't do that to you.

As for Frith, I never even mentioned the word. As for Typhon ... Such a picture would be difficult, as the case is on the floor under the desk and the monitor is on top.

this is what is inside the case:

it's not that good. His cpu fan is powered by an updraft from decomposing rabbit-dung.
