Argh, top film? Hmm - no order for me - although Cuckoo's nest probs comes top.
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Leon
Goodfellas
Pale Rider
Lord of the Rings (all 3)
Heat
Pulp Fiction/Reservoir Dogs
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (or Hero)
The Usual Suspects
Paint your wagon (I love it, a fantastically fun movie).
Kelly's Heroes (same again)
My tastes vary daily. Some "close misses" are: Star Wars movies, Unforgiven, Deer Hunter, Apocalypse Now, Awakenings, Desperado/From Dusk til Dawn (great fun), Dead Poets Society (yeah I know...), PIrates of the Caribbean and any Tim Burton movie. Gah, sooo many that are nearly in - westerns, war movies, Indiana Jones movies... the list goes on!

Cinema Paradiso (special edition: the ending of the reel of *stolen* kisses only makes sense really if you see the extra 1/2hr and discover what happened to Elena when Salvatore finally finds her after over 30 years. An absolutely flawless, beautifully structured, superbly crafted film - perfection in cinema)
Apocalypse Now Redux
Ran
Magnolia
Prospero's Books
Throne of Blood
Sanjuro/Yojimbo
The Keep
Dust Devil
Das Boot (directors cut and only in German)
Seven Samurai
La Dolce Vita
Citizen Kane
Lessons of Darkness (worth it for those incredible shots of the burning oil wells in Quway'yt)
Lawrence of Arabia
Mononoke Himé (who doesn't feel something when the Forest Spirit is killed by Lady Eboshi and the little kadamas all fall down dead?)
Downfall
Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai
Eraserhead
Fitzcarraldo
Night of the Hunter (the only film Charles Laughton ever directed)
Drowning by Numbers
Insignificance
Spartacus
Ringu
Laputa, Castle in the Sky

Ryan's Daughter
Brigadoon (shut up, i love it)
The Belly of an Architect
Cross of Iron
The Thing (John Carpenter version)
The Third Man
Orlando
Nausicaa, Princess of the Valley of the Winds
The Draughtsman's Contract
Come and See
A Bridge Too Far (Bond and a bl**dy great theme tune)
Baraka
Ghost in the Shell
The Hidden Fortress
Rashomon
The Wild Bunch
8MM (best thing Nick Cage has ever done)
The Unbearable Lightness of Being
El Cid
Dersu Uzala

The Navigator
Babe
The Bluebird of Happiness
The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp
Unforgiven
Picnic at Hanging Rock
A Room with a View
All James Bond films!
The Terminator
Alien
Deep Impact (despite the preachiness and I still think a golden opportunity was missed to make the astronauts sacrifice even more poignant by showing the Earth scarred from the first impact, but it wasn't done)
The King and I
Jurassic Park
Team America: World Police (so funny in all the wrong ways!)
that film where Bond was captain of a Russian submarine..

@Grom; Loving the choices more every time my fine bone fetching sandal slobbering friend!
Goodfellas? Well you know I am a Godfather (Drood Version-thanks for the find) Fan so no marks there.
Jose Wales! Mister you're just forcing me to go back an watch it agian.
Presidents Men! Osterman Week End, The Ipcress File, The Odessa File, Three Days of The Condore, The Conversation...am I allowed say they don't make 'em like that any more?
Leon? Yes, but the Ghost Dog comparison still stands; Hitman, loner, young girl, mafia, quirkiness, house plant/pigeons....
...and Ghost Dog had aces in the cool department.
Coool choices lad.
No order, just some on the shelf...
1: Blood Simple,(Fargo, The Man Who Was'nt There, and just about anything else by the Coen Bros for that matter)
2: Godfather (1 & 2)
3: The Princess Bride (get lost ist's cool and I'll hear no more on the matter)
4: Deliverence
5: Dog Soldiers
6: Blade Runner (original w/Ford's voice over)
7: The Thing (John Carpenter)
8: Jaws
9: The Last Starfighter (cheesey but this is The Reactor and some old fart had to say it)
10: The Deer Hunter
10: Alternative: Monsters Inc. Totally rocks.
10: Dirty Harry...who the hell limited it to 10 anyhoo.
10: Some other crap in a dodgy foreign lingo that only Taw knows.
...ahhh!
