@Taw: I wasn't really sure of exactly what I was going to be doing. Since I started on Monday, I found out that the project I'm working on involves getting people that were supposed to be paid for selling stuff on Ebay in 2003, they're getting that money NOW. Overall, I have to say that working at Ebay is one of the coolest and most relaxed jobs I've had in some time. Not only am I getting 10 bucks an hour, 8.5 hours a day, five days a week, I get the weekends off and stock options as well. Not to mention the free soda in the break rooms and free bagels on Thursdays.

now you're in there, can you possibly have a word with your boss and get a customer services phoneline put in? its one of those things that you pick up and listen to someone speak and then you talk back to them......a concept ebay hasn't quite worked out yet...or rather *has* worked out, but knows full well that their bubble would be shattered if they actually listened to their customers comments.

lol. sorry. bad experiences with ebay customer service dept have left me scarred for life
