How do i add a picture?

Plz could som1 tell me how to add a picture as basic as posibble!
I dont understand what you mean by link? well i do but i dont if you no what i mean

Get photobuckets or another hosting site to host your pics and then link them. {img=www.whatevername.com} substituting and [ for the brackets.
