The truth of Tawakalnistan

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Oh yes, Google scans threads on TLR, CIC and Avalon Hill boards. For example, put in Major Striker into google and you'll find TLR just below a couple of cheat sites for the game. (Also you'll see scifi-meshes.com and Avalon Hill).

I took the family to Tawakalnistan on vacation last year. The flights were cheap, and a good hotel room was only about $50 a night. Nice beaches, people were friendly, but the food was a bit "strange". Anyway, the kids liked the "Taw Tractor Pull" and and the "Taw's Pirate Adventure", but it's so remote, that it was hard to find much for them to do. The Bungee jumping of Taw's Cliffs of Hell was fun, but I could't talk my wife into doing it. So, I went, but charging $20 for the picture! C'mon Taw, that's a bit much. Overall, a good place for couples who want peace and quiet and a nice beach. Just don't order Taw's Humus Platter at the "Kalnistan" grill. Made Montezuma's Revenge seem like a bit of a tummy upset! Easy on the garlic next time, Bro. Took two days on the potty to get that out! (Oh, make sure there's paper next time, B'Day's just aren't the style for us Americans.) I'll see if I can find the pictures (I don't have the bungee one, wasn't going to pay THAT much for it!) and post them later.

please make any complaints to the Tawakalnistan Ministry of Tourism, I only concern myself with spiritual matters. besides I don't know what you're moaning at, it only cost you 12 dinars, and my children eat the same food and are perfectly well, most of the time.

and you got your own choice of stones at the Friday execution extravaganza at the Ali Mahmoud Hassan Football Stadium; dinner and a show, what more do you want?

We skipped the Muslim Games because that Friday we had reservations at Medieval Times, which had just opended on Kalnistan Blvd. Next time, serve chicken, not that mullet, boy that was Yucky!!! Whattarya talkin' about dinari, they were pretty happy to take my American Dollar travellers cheques. The Parasailing was pretty cool too. Got to see all the Mosques and heard all the calls for prayer. Taw, next time, make sure they don't shoot at me because I didn't make the 5:00PM prayer because I was windsurfing. Thank God I had a good wind and could outrun their shoulder mounter rocket launchers. And next time don't have your mujadin bribe my kids into saying "hit him, hit him, nail him!". I had to have a serious talk with them after that.
