How old are all of ya?

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Sure, Arcon's got an interesting philosophy on life. Follow his line of reasoning...you'll be broke, living in a run down apartment by yourself watching second rate porn, drinking your last bottle of cheap wine. That's the life eh?

Hey major striker that sounds like Arcon

Post Fri Apr 08, 2005 9:33 am

why do everyone...or almost everyone say how old they will be with their next bday? The question is how old you are now

Me...I'm 18(apparently looking over 21 but if you speak to people in my town apparently looking like i'm still in early highschool )

Post Fri Apr 08, 2005 10:22 am

that's because everyone in your town lives in mud-huts, Joy Adamson...

wow man, you really need to cheer up and have some fun...what the hell happened to your outlook on life? you ever think that maybe you could have a taste for alcohol and...i dunno..NOT be an alcoholic, not be brooke, bot be living in a run down appartment by myself and watching second rate porn?
The flat i live in is quite nicely decorated, i've a girlfriend, i watch first rate porn, and have a nice selection of whiskeys and lagers. All i can say is, im not partying with you anytime soon, you'd bring me down.

Still, if that was YOUR experience with living life, maybe mom's basement is the place for you afterall? learning from mistakes, being well adjusted, trying new things, guess you thought maybe you'll get a second shot at life if you were good the first time. We all gotta die, its up to you if you choose to live.

Hey major striker that sounds like Arcon
haha!

I've consumed some alcohol. Wine, Beer, a little Vodka etc. I just haven't cared for the taste. I certainly don't find the prospect of being drunk very appealing...people who have lost control do stupid things that can have severe consequences. I don't want to find myself in that situation.

Besides, smoking and drinking are both expensive habits...my money is better spent elsewhere. To each his own...my comment about your philosophy on life was a simple jest, nothing more and nothing less.

I notice you say nowt about the *being broke* part though. you'd better cough up if you're not then, sunny-jim.

whover Arch is arguing with, Jabez presumably - there is a mysterious phenomenon at work on TLR that no-one has ever figured out in all these years, stick around long enough and you'll see it in action. Arch is always right. And he does always get the last word. And there is a style of posting and making a point in a *certain* way that has become known as *Arcon-style*

("I've got a girlfriend" - did we EVER think we'd see him post that? and if you remember, I predicted it for late last year/early this year. ooo it's like seeing one of your own growing up )

i know, and i know you're a good lad.
knee**** comments about "i've never tried alcohol and because my 3rd grade teacher showed me a video saying drink is bad, im never going to drink EVER" is just a bit TOO narrowminded for me.
Life if for living, you try something, its not for you, move on, i respect that. I cant respect "never have, never will". I have a maxim: "try everything once, except gay sex and herion"

But Arc, Gay sex is fun (no offence to Gay bashers, this is something between me and Arc)

But in general I agree with Arc's philosophy, Live and Let die

Post Fri Apr 08, 2005 3:10 pm

So Loc are you saying that Arc doesnt follow his own advice ? XD

Live and Let die

I thought that was a Bond movie.

I tasted red, white, sweet, and dry wine in europe when I was in high shool, Gin, brandy, and rum when I was 17, and beer when I turned 18(yes, in 1977 it was legal) and do not drink any today. Relious reasons aside, I just can't stand the tase of any of it.
