Final Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory release date?

Ok, I have already made a topic about this game, but I am wondering if anyone knows the FINAL release date for the most antcipated game of 2005, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. I have heard March 14, (my birthday, lol), March 18, March 25, March 29, March 31 and April 2, but does anyone know for sure?

And does anyone know where I can get the PS2 demo for the game?
