Good luck kimk, the options on my list would be:
1) Get her out of there.
2)Get her to talk to a doctor or someone, as stated earlier, they are forbidden by law to break their client - confidentiality clause.
3) Talk to her yourself if she wont talk to a pro. Get her to talk to him saying it wont be happening again. If he then physicaly forces her to, she can then pres charges even harsher then before.

scholarship? for my brains this place called INTI.. they've got branches in southeast asia.. 6 of them iirc. gonna do A levels there and then shoot my ass off to some other neat place.

This is very serious. I was married for 20 years to a woman who was molested at about her age. Though we sought help, we did not seek it until she remembered what was done to her. She was 40 at the time.

First off you have to talk to your girl friend. See what she thinks about the whole ordeal. Next you must make sure to keep it between you and your gf. Last punch her cousin and tell him there will be hell to pay if he even looks at your girl friend wrongly.
