Building your own website

I am trying to build a website using freewebs.com (sorry Bargib) and I cant figure out how to get a forum on it if anybody has any advice on how to do that I would appreciate it!! THX

The company has to support the type of forums you are trying to make. Usually, its PHP files as well as mysql.

Ok PHP or msql, right so is there some way I can dowload the code needed and then place it on my site?
