Eating Intelligently

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Actually, I've found that the more physically active and filled my day is, the less I eat and the less frequently I eat. So if I ever get my 'druthers, we'll be going all over the place as much as possible and I'll be crawling around in every place, site or building of interest.

*sigh*

If ever I get to Italy, that is.

Eat it all up - waste is bad.

Agreed. The only excuse for leaving food on the plate is its bad taste or, alternatively, being so full it's impossible to swallow anything anymore. Besides, I paid for every darn bit, so it's all mine

Life is only given once ... and most often by accident

Just don't do like I'm right now. Having lunch at work, eating cheetos and soda. Need to go back to veggys again. But, I have a more drastic idea in mind to get some weight off.

Please. Don't say that you're thinking about liposuction or stomach stapling?

Post Tue Oct 19, 2004 11:45 am

what are cheetos?

Post Tue Oct 19, 2004 1:02 pm

They are an accumulation of ersatz starch that has been puff fried and coated with ersatz cheese powder, salt and some other flavorings and sold as a nibble
next to the potato chips (crisps) and corn chips in every 7-11 or other convenience store across the country.

The powdery ersatz chees is such that if will slowly coat your finger tips and leave a residue on your face and clothing if you are indiscriminate in the way in which you eat them.

Overall nutritional quality is close to nil but it has a high fat and salt content and some calories from the fat and starch, of course.

America is sooo lucky in the sweets and portions you produce for a fraction of the price we have here.

Whenever a friend of mine goes over to the States, i make sure she brings me a multipack of Baby Ruth bars. I only wanted to try them after i watched The Goonies.

An American friend of mine, while he was over here in the UK, used to bring in loads of sweets and stuff and all of it was so nice i had used to bug him every second for some of it. The week before he left to go back home, we went to a US Military base (his dad was in the army stationed over here) to play bowling. They had a small sweet shop there and i spent £10 (convert to dollars because that was the currency used in the shop) on sweets.

And jelly dougnuts, choclate doughnuts oh so many lush things

While on the subject of food, can someone please tell me what a Twinkie is please, they look nice too

Post Wed Oct 20, 2004 11:17 am

A twinky is a breadlike thing, which doesnt taste like bread at all, with funny stuff in the middle, someone else might be able to describe it better tho.
Great, now I'm hungry
