It was quite funny during the festival this year. People had obviously come expecting better weather. All the shops that sold waterproofs were packed. Although 50 Cent getting bottled was quite fun.

ok fellow Britons, if we're going to do this, we ought to make sure we all quite literally know where we're coming from. and choose a central location (oddly enough Stoke-on-Trent is pretty dam central!)

I think I've got most of you, edit the map and add yours so we get a a clear idea of geographical dispersal.

oh I'm up for it btw. are we including kids or not? can't drink beer, get hammered, watch strippers etc if there's kids tagging along. if the majority want to include kids then thats ok but my own preference (no offence) is adults only; that's nothing personal, i just don't feel comfortable hanging about with anyone the same age as my own kids.

....hmmm. Whilst i have been here for 5/6 months now, i really don't know much about any of you. As such it does make me very aprehensive. This is a really good idea though, but i don't think i am personally quite ready. Give me a bit more time.
