Who''s who?

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Who''s who?

I was just wondering: how many of you know people on TLR in the real world?

I know pSYCHO, but that's it, as far as I can recall.
See where everyone is on a global pin map - even featuring tawalkanistan!

If you like - visit this link, enter your nickname and email address (NOT hotmail as it kills links) and then a link will be emailed to you allowing you to put your in into the map. You can add a line of text to your pin (appears when someone hovers over it - your nickname will appear regardless), and a link to a website if you so wish.

Your email addy can only be used once, is to stop randoms from using it, and to stop people repeat offending. Its not accessable, and is stored in a database on my server and will be deleted if/when the map maybe deleted. So your email is safe - it MUST be an existing email addy to receive a link - its autoresponder - so no spam filters otherwise it will disappear )

Actually, until I met Taw, no one.

Post Thu Oct 14, 2004 12:40 pm

and that was only because Mrs Taw took pity on you as you were trying to cross the road...

*Indy* obviously, and Arcon (who lives a whole 29 miles away)

sw lives in the same SA town as my cousins.

gromit and I used to be almost-neighbours (and never knew it) and we must have been to the same places at the same time, sometime. before that we were born and brought up in the same county about 17 miles from each other.

I also have business dealings with Eraser even though we haven't actually met.

and of course those of you still in debt to the Bank of Tawakalnistan may find me coming knocking, one day. i can and do turn up in the most unexpected places.

What is the real world? Is that thw world where we live in? Or are we living in an imaginery world?
Anyways, that's that for the Matrix crap, back OT:

Me, Loc, Eraser, Mad Dog, Nickless and Enrique (we still know who you are!!) are all living in the same little country (that rules the world, but I'll talk about that another day) but I've never met any of them. I did meet the guy who introduced me to TLR, but that's because he's my uncle

I saw a guy who looked *just* like taw the other day...what you doing in sydney Taw?

Tis a shame that Australia is such a large continent with such a small population, almost all of the Australian members of this forum live in a different state to each other. Mustangs in Adelaide, Esquilax is in Victoria, and I'm in New South Wales. And that Arania dude is somewhere else...probably Western Australia

Post Thu Oct 14, 2004 4:36 pm

Esquilax, much as he may want to be is not alone in Melbourne.

Post Thu Oct 14, 2004 4:39 pm

No one, though I wish I did.

I'll bet no one lives within 2,000 miles of me.

EB, Tachyon, and I met when we went to DA in Dec 2002. They were teenagers and I was 42, funny how things are when one meets someone in the outside world. I was too busy hitting on Wiebke, our gorgeous hostess, to talk much to either of them. Sorry guys!

It's true. Whenever I go for a walk in the city I'm surrounded by people ! It's really irritating.
