Some ads are funny, until you see them too much. we have a lot of them here too, but I've noticed that American ads usually have nothing to do with the properties of the advertized product (heck, now locals are using this strategy for political ads [we're having parliament elections, which I can hardly understand). I was also surprised to hear that in the US (well, at least in Florida) the advertisement law stating that you can only advertize your goods without reference to the goods produced by any other company is non-existant - a friend of mine said he saw numerous ads saying that, for instance, GMC is way better than, say Toyota, and stuff. If this is true, there should be court trials every day
