you're fine with your credit card statement, all the sales receipts/delivery notes are stored online, if you haven't got the delivery note it doesn't matter. date of transaction and credit card statement are perfect. I'd get a replacement if I were you, the ones that are in now are excellent but there's nothing to stop you having a refund if you want one.

you might have a bit of trouble getting through to returns though, they are very very busy, after the summer it always gets manic in this business just be patient and you will get sorted out. You won't spk to me cos I'm in buying, but I watch the technical and returns people through a big glass screen and they are rushed off their feet - they're taking on more staff but it's hard to get people with the skills and taking on a doofus' to train is more trouble than it's worth. Now you see Esq could walk that job, running that side of the operation, but he won't get off his rabbity @ss to come to England.
