pig latin?

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

pig latin?

teach me ? all that 'ay' stuff is really confusing me. it had something to do with sticking the last letter of a word at the end? and putting 'ay' at the back?

Very simple.

Y-O-U becomes O-U-Yay.

T-R-U-C-K becomes R-U-C-K-Tay.

an explanation for the example, the first letter is put at the end and then "ay" is added. "you" becomes "ou-y" becomes "ou-yay." It's easy to speak, hard to comprehend, although i have an uncle that can do it. --- VH16

is that all? what about the amay deal? not may? am - a + ay = may? im sure there's alot more to this.. i couldn't understand anything some friends of mine say, even if i try put the letters back.

Exnay on the spamay

Post Fri Sep 10, 2004 7:12 am

Oh yeah.. There are some "exceptions"

Like spam = either amspay or pamsay. I think most would say amspay.

Words like I, am, which defeat the added "ay" syllable at the end are modified.

Am does become amay, usually. I is I or I-yay.

It is not as if this is an established language with establish rules of grammar you know. You are allowed to make it up as you go along to make it sound "right" for yourself.
