Resident Evil: Apocalypse

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Yes I agree, first MK was pritty good...

Also there is a problem between movie->games as well...blade for example, I have heard from friends that game sucks, than again since I did not play it I cant really say...but I know the movie is great since I am a fan (cant wait for blade 3 to come out )

The film's comparable to "Marmite" You either love it, or you hate it. Look past the minor discrepencies though and its actually pretty good.

how do you square "Resident Evil" with wholesome family entertainment, FD? it's so gory that i wouldn't let my kids play it for years.

Taw, I don't say it is "good". Quite the contrary. just that in movie terms, special effects, ect, it is eye catching. The movies I prefer, are either biblical based, romance type, or plain family clean. Yes, i know there are not very many of them. One that had biblical overtones in was the Matrix. For romance, the one I just saw an hour ago, Wicker Park.

i think once children reach the age of 10 its time to ease back and let them choose what they want, of course you shouldn't let them have adult films , but i know this is hard for parents but once a kid reaches 10 she/he is about to enter teenhood and protecting him/her will not help it actualy will hurt

Just tell them the truth, their becoming adults anyways. However restrictions must be implemented i say.

Ok, back on topic...

I saw Apocalypse the other day, and it was VERY good. I loved the movie. A lot of scary scenes, and even funny ones. And acctualy I can say that was the BEST game->movie translation. All characters (for most part) are original just like in the game, even scenery. Also nemesis looks COOL!! and so do those fast things, in the church scene.
