just thought I'd check in while I'm waiting for my food to cook (just can't leave the place)
AELK - thats simply one of the most offensive things that anyone has ever said to me on TLR. You don't know me. You don't know my bride. How dare you generalise us? I love my girlfriend dearly and we share the same warped sense of humour. We've been together for 10 years and know each other inside out. The second marriage in Vegas was something we've both talked about for years....to us its the most exciting part of the event - travelling to the other side of the world, seeing things we've laughed and joked about in the past - HAVING FUN...if you're not sure what fun is, I suggest you look it up.
If you want to have sexist, feminist tantrums, create a thread for it - but STAY THE **** AWAY from this thread. This was a serious discussion about the cost of weddings nowadays and your pathetic mini-flame has done nothing but annoy and insult ME. I was also using this thread to share something very personal with the good friends that I have made on this board over the last year....If you can't respect that...kindly **** off.
@mods - I'm not going to be around to delete the thread if it gets out of hand. If this starts to spiral into feminist ranting, please just lock the thread. I'd rather it locked than ruined.
