lol. oh I enjoy complaining with the best of 'em....you all should know that by now but moaning about life, moaning that "I shouldn't have been born", moaning that "life just hasn't thrown me my fair share of luck"...well frankly, thats just b*****s. I think people need to start putting their lives into perspective - just watch the news damnit.

And having a go at people like SW who are happy with their lives, well thats just not on. By doing that you're simply proving that she's just more psychologically rounded than yourself.

Well the problem is that people are inately self-centred. Because of this, if things aren't going their way, then "life sucks", and they focus upon the negatives. I can understand that, I still don't have a job; life sucks!

I /have been tempered by the fires of adversity in the crucible of pain. I have faced most of my demons. Did it bring happiness? No! It brought wisdom, which is much better. Now I am wise enough to understand Perfect Happiness is an illusion and if you try and achieve it you will fail. Take pleasure in everything steal the little moments (inserting standard cr*p smell a flower pet a dog blah blah blah) Sometimes you are happy sometimes not. AM I happy? sometimes, sometimes not. But ya know what? I am content with myself despite my failings and warts and insecurities, and what could be better than that.......

There are times I WILL complain about life. It's not that I see someone else doing it better and I want that, it's more that the choices available at the time are not always seen till after one is made. The you see the right one or the better one is there.

Hmm, that's true. I like to think that the adversities that we face really DO build character and teach us things. Unfortunately, sometimes those lessons are quite harsh and irreversible *sigh*.

Esqy alas 'tis true but one cannot move thru this life without changes some good some bad some so bloody horrible you just dont want to go on.....but most people do anyway like most of us here i reckon. Life can be cr*p, sure, the past year of my life was extremely cr*p, the reasons are unimportant, but I stand by my poind that life still is good, I can't really say it better than grom did, there are always bad things, but there are always good things to see as well
