How should I interpret (sp?) this? Do you think I'm not a real moderator, or do you think I'm a very special moderator?

If you guys can get OT and discuss this case and can refrain form talking about the deat penalty, I'll leave this thread open for a while.

The news bites on Fox news seem to indicate this case could be prosicuted quicker than the peterson case, due to more evidence and the guys confessions. I want to see how both case proceed. It will bea good test to the cops weather they did thier jobs right or not.

What bothers me about this one is that the suspect checked himself, voluntarily, into a psychiatric clinic........ I just hope this doesn't help him come up with some kind of hokey insanity defense.

Actually, Mark's attorney is going for a mental defect defense. So yeah, it's going to be a hokey insanity deal. I think he knew exactly what he was doing when he killed her.
