Can't go wrong with stuffed animals. Find a cheap but obscenely large one, put a corny graduation cap on it, and stuff it with cash.

Really boys... none of you is really helping... Hmph lets see... I myself had a 20th birthday 3 months ago... There are REALLY many things you can buy her. But you didnt tell us what she is into (or you dont know j/k). Some girls like jewlery, books, makeup or even teddies... It doesn't really matter how expensive the present is, what matters is that she knows that you tried and went trough a reasonable amount of 'trouble' to get it, and that it's 'from the heart'. It is hard to tell when we dont know the girl... Maybe we can't apply a stereotype, maybe she's into rare, odd gifts? We really need more input from you (about her ) But in my case something original (preferably hand-made) would have done the trick

hey, mau. what is it she likes? but mainly get her something or do something for her that will take her breath away, for example. read her an poem that you wrote her and make it about her for example:

sorry bout the leangth of this everyone but iam trying to help him since he asked for help. also please if you use that for something diffrent, give me the creadit since iam wrighting a book and thats one of the poems thats going in it, thanks. but Mau, make an poem simaler to that and read it to her. also buy her some choclate when you do and take her out to an fansy restaront then in the midle of dinner read the poem to her and give her the chochlate and some WHITE roses since white means pure love (may be wrong about the roses). try it, sorry all on the leaghth of this but he asked for help and i felt that i cuold help him.
