Anyway, lets get this rolling. I'm a compulsive nail biter, I just can't help doing it. One moment I'm sitting down watching TV, the next moment I'm eating fingernail and I didn't even realise it .

i'm the same as rec i bite my nails and i also chew on the ends of pecils and pens, i've no idea why i do it

Checking TLR whenever i am online...............repeatedly. I doubt there is a longer stretch than 30mins when i am online and not playing games/sleeping/working. Most of the time i see no new posts, so don't do anything.....its almost like a nervous twitch, checking the website is still there (as i only read threads every now and then)

Daydreaming at work. It's not the best place, I know. Sometimes I just can't seem to help it. Especially when it's slow. Another silly habbit, is getting up and walking, then come back and sit down, without getting anything to eat or drink or thinking about stuff.

I continually rub my face for no apparent reason. Except when it itches. Then I have a reason to rub my face.

And I stay on the computer for such long periods of time that I can see the dirt stains on the keyboard from where my hand lies.
