Catnip isn't illegal because it doesn't affect humans in the slightest. Simple as that. It affects cats in different ways too. I've known 3 cats that love it, they kick back, stick on a little bob marley and get trashed on the stuff. But I've also known 1 cat that it didn't affect at all and 2 others that got completely hyper from it.

Nowt wrong with a little natural high, thats what i say
