Chicken With a Death Wish

You can tell its been a very slow news day here in the states when this is one of the leading news storys in the country. Its about a roster that will not leave a Chick Fill-A fast food place. The chicken will not leave, but also had to cross a national interstate highway to get to the restraunt.

With that though I think many of you will appreciate the irony in this so I decided to share.

lmao, you gotta be kidding me

so now we finaly know why the chicken crossed the road eh?

Edit: Just to annoy you

I wish I could be a chicken, you could cross the road and wake people up an hour too soon and crud like that

Why'd the chicken cross the road? Because.. err... nevermind, no cliche jokes today.

Disclaimer: I take no responsibility for any offence generated by people reading the following statement.

Maybe it was trained and released by some extremist vegans to hang around and remind people of how what they're eating used to be what's wandering around outside. No offense to any actual vegans of course.

People have it all wrong these days, instead of discriminating and hating others for being black or ugly, we should practise fairness and hate every living thing equally.

thats fox news for you it would be a really slow news day if cnn reported on that but it would be funnier to, i would joke on this but i can't think of anything it's to easy anyway, the vegan idea may be true just kidding

Post Thu Jul 08, 2004 3:44 pm

why do people always get vegans and vegetarians mixed up?

Post Thu Jul 08, 2004 4:43 pm

I'm not mixing them up. A vegan is just a vegatarian who abstains from all animal products and wears hemp clothing.

Post Thu Jul 08, 2004 4:44 pm

There are "Vegan" vegetarians. They are the uhber vegetarians, absotively posilutely no animal flesh or eggs. It advocates animal rights as well so I am not even sure that dairy products are acceptable. It has been a while since I looked it up.

I personally dont see the point in being a "Vegan", not to offend anyone. They take the vegetarian thing and turn it up into a whole new level. If humans were made to eat grass all day long then our teeth would be alot different then what they are. We were "made" to eat meat. Of course if that was true then we would have green peace all over us saying to stop harming the grass blades!

Vegitarian is a bit healthier. With all the chemicals in meat, vegitarian can give you all the protien you need, without the cholesteral. In ye olden days, most people could not afford meat in the amount we consume these days. It was eaten on special occations. These days, we eat too much meat. Cloged ateries, high colesteral, heart dieses(sp), and other health related problems. We need fiber in our diets to operate normally, and meat does not provide it. I was a meat and potatoes person for a time. It gave me no end of problems. Because of it, I can't eat beef anymore. But I love my veggys even more now. *eyes Esq*

Actually, some vegans/vegetarians can have problems due to the low iron content of their food. For this reason, they can become ill and have to take supplements. Just thought I'd mention it.

I think its spinch that you can eat to get the iron you need. I don't eat liver as it is and it is suppose to be the biggest iron provider. But I do love Brockilee(sp) yeh my spelling is way off, and other green veggys that also have iron. Though, too much is not health either. .

I agree; you REALLY need to work on the spelling . Personally, I think that you are just lazy .

No " *eyes Esky* " this time, eh? I think I scared him off with that winking .
