E-mail check frequency

that would definitely be nice....sorry though, I don't think there's a way of doing it. I have 2 screens, so I tend to keep outlook on the secondary with my toolbars etc over the top of it. Much handier.

You know, if you don't check your e-mail daily, you won't know if your that $1,000,000 winner by repling with in the next 2 minuets. All that money lost. I got someone that would hate to miss because I didn't check my mail.

I don't check e-mail, ever. The comp goes something "You have mail" and the I yell at it and hit it with a stick
