Sam Spade is a program that can paurse e-mail headers and trace them or at least give you an idea of where they come from. Spade I use sam to trace and find the abuse name to send it to.

then is there away that i can report the address and get it shutdown
it might be bounced by i don't think it is whoever is sending it isn't very smart if they where my system would be scraped by now
edit- i'll try that final hopefully i can get the little coward arrested

There are several features with it, including trace, finger, block, abuse, ect to help with locating it, then send to the provider. Sample, it says from gater.com, "in red" but really from tom.com. I have got a few accounts closed because of it.When you find one, forward the e-mail with full headers to the provider/abuse address. It may not always work, but it does help.

when this fool sends me emails he just puts spaces and attaches the virus
(also sam spade keeps giving me some error that my host has "exceeded 20 visits per hour" )

Can't you use the "block sender" option? Even if the sender is localized, he or she can easily change the address and sent the sh*t from another mailbox. I can't really think of any solution. Changing your own mailbox, perhaps?

i already sent an abuse mail *salutes final* btw thanks for the recomendation its in thier hands now
also i'm storing up all e-mails from the b*stard, minus a couple thousand attachments, so that i can burn him further by sueing for damages *spits on him* take that! he messed with the wrong person

edit- i can't change my address even if i wanted to i have a few ppl i don't have an address for but they have mine if i change it they can't send me a message and i can't tell them it's changed

Your welcome. that program has helped me get a few accounts closed on spammers.
