Fun, yet...boreing!

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Fun, yet...boreing!

Those who have a favorite game(s), what is the most boring part of it? The reason I ask, is to see who pays attention to details of games that most don't see.

Mine is the "Flashback" secenes from Final Fantasy 7. The first right after leaving Migar City, in the town of Karn(sp) before the chocaboes, then the reliving Cloud's past when Tifa tried to bing him back. Both very boring and hard to fast forward through.

"Trivial Pursuit" is always fun, except for those damn geographical questions... oh. You mean computer games, do you?

I'd have to pick Tron 2.0. The most boring part I have found is when you're in a tower and you have to pick off ICP's. I thought that part was fairly dull. Predictable, too.

Trent's intereaction scenes in bars etc. in FL, it's just so wooden. Everyone just escapes through it.

that's cos I'm playing FL again (Privateer mod) so I'm using the esc keu a lot..

The MGS2 cutscenes ... *Shiver* ..... , they played it at every section in the game , it made it fell like an interactive movie really ....

And yes, the " Tifa unravels Cloud's Past" thing was boring ...

Trying to get through that sniper village in MoH:AA.
It wouldn't have been so bad if you could order the tank crew to stay put while you cleared the way. Instead they "help" you by firing on the snipers and taking bullets to the forehead, kinda sucks when your mission objectives are to protect them

I imagine so; HOTU is usually an acronym for Hordes of the Underdark", but maybe he is referring the the abandonware site "Home of the Underdogs" .

@Fd

You had a pretty good laugh at it the last time, didn't you? I laughed when I saw this thread title.
