Errrr.... Once upon a time, there was this sort of college / high school prank tradition where guys would go on panty raids....... Does that count too

These raids were predictable, however, usually stuff going on during Homecoming week (high school) or a big Greek weekend (college), kind of publicly organized and stuff. Of course, I am talking about a mythical time way back in the past when all these "pervy" things really weren't out in the open as they are today.
