Steaks
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I usually do my steaks on the BBQ, once the pan is scalding throw your piece of meat on. Wait until the blood rises from the meat, add a dash of soy sauce, flip it over and wait until the blood rises from the other side and you should have a perfect medium steak. The most important thing is to turn it only once, additional turns will render the meat tough.
"Too expensive by my reckoning though"
but you'll never buy another set of pans again (ffs sake I sound like a bloody housewife's companion) cos they will last forever, virtually. Even quality stainless ones will need replacing in a few years, but Le Creuset won't. Ok they're grossly expensive, but do what I did, get a starter set then add to it, if someioen doesn't know what to get you for b'day or Crimbal, suggest a bit of Le Creuset.
