Do you think this turned out well?

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

oy taw that was underhand I will I will I will!

@ff looks like you took a photo of everything but my house! But I can't believe you went to canterbury, a beautiful historic city full of stunning art and architecture, and the majority of your photos revolve around motorbikes and vans?!! lol. I once took 8 reels of film on the gates of the cathedral alone!! Heh...good photos though, I especially like the furry van and the dog

EDIT: TAW! What were you doing in canterbury?!! And threatening ff too!

Beautiful work, though I still think the duck is the best. Mmm, foie gras...

.......I like your photos ff. Many of them are very evocative. You have a good eye for setting up shots. Like the sculpture shot. Quite an obvious subject to chose, not such an obvious shot to make happen.

So, what is it about film making that interests you?

Post Mon May 17, 2004 3:07 pm

i dont know, maybe its the creative atmosphere. you know what i find odd about my photos? i only really started using my camera on friday.

Post Mon May 17, 2004 4:00 pm

Well, if this takes hold of you. This meaning using the camera to record a visual image that you like, it may help you focus on what part of the movie making business you really want to get into. If you're just wanting to be near it, it might not be enough if the jobs that are available are being chased after by guys with more focused interest in a specific aspect of it than yourself. Don't know, really.

At least it looks like you may have a natural eye for images. This MIGHT mean that you could break into the photographic side of things. But being a camera man is tough going, like most other "glamor" jobs in the business. Just a thought though, for helping to focus your energies on this ambition of yours.

ff - Yes I am happy now; nice use of the URL tags , but I still think that there are too many graphics in this thread . I must be the minority that thinks so because, apparently, the Mods don't with agree me .

I would like belabor the obvious by pointing out why the Mods are leaving this thread alone while those started by others have been clicked in the past.

Note ff's astute decision to provide linkies instead of actual images.

That's what I want to know Indy; topics with less (and smaller) pictures than this locked. Still, now that Benny-boy has master the use of the URL tag...: D

All the little white squares with red X's are brought to you by me.

I was gone for a week, that's how they got through. FF, please continue the use of links and refrain from using large images in posts. Thank you for your cooperation.
