I am building a computer.
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Any kind of refrigeration cooling does risk condensation. The only real aplicable way to use it, is in a sealed system that contains sillocon dioxide, I believe its called, to reduce moister level. And a sealed system, would help eliminate dust. If I remember right, Hard drives have a sealed system as well. Its possible, if not costly though.

Yes, to seal a system, but make it accesable to swap parts, would be hard to do. The heat generated by ANY part, that comes incontact with the cool/cold air, would sweat like a stuck pig. If you could do away withthe humidity? maybe then. For those with money to burn, it would be intersting to try it out though.
Just a note that pc cases usually come with power supplies (called PSU's) and it proably comes with cables as well with your motherboard. And do you really need a hard drive the size of kent? I've been reading up on building a computer (since I will be building one soon) and have you considered 2 Western Digital Raptor hard drives in RAID so that the 10, 000 RPM can be used better.

Raid 0. No matter what I read about it, they always say Raid 0. That's the one where the two HDDs are combined in the aggregate so that you have double the volume of a single HDD and both are used to store and fetch the data as if they were one.
What I cannot understand is what defragging something like that would do.
