I played the demo when it was first released, same with the second demo. Havent bought the game yet but plan to very soon. Sometimes pure shooting is really all ya need, I play Serious Sam and it was really fun playing co-op with a friend and was generally a great game but I do think painkiller is infinitely better. Anybody remember those areas of the game in SS where the floor was covered with ice? man I loved those . Oh yeah and for those of you talking about medicine Painkiller is the name of the melee weapon/ranged weapon/cutting laser in the game.

PS: I LOVE the fact that theres no monster or environment texture reusage. Makes the game feel alot longer and "funner", it contributes slightly to its replay value aswell. A game could have a million levels and touted as great replay value but its not much fun if every level looks the same getting stained with the blood of the same monsters over again right?
