but you are right that ignorance can be power and be correct. People with very high skill levels and formal education more often than not work for people with much lower skill levels and less education, because the employer or manager does not necessarily need to possess that level of skill, and may well make decisions and lay out courses of action which would horrify the more skilled employee, but ultimately turn out well.
