I am rather amazed you got down to the Pit, Loc, as i would have put money on you being pre-assigned a seat in Circle 7 I'd have thought I was more the Pit type than you. I actually thought I'd end up in Circle 6 (Dis) with the schismatics and dissenters.

I only got the first level, doesnt seem too bad...

that's the Elysian Fields of Classical times, where you sit out eternity with the virtuous pagans and unbaptised children. however you can never get to Heaven if you're sent here, which is why they're all sad. Dante, being a sly b*gger, made some exceptions to this and he wangled Trajan and Constantine into the Heaven of the Just Rulers.
