The one I use, and its free, is Link. It holds a limited amount, unless you want to pay.

I use angelfire. Don't use it for anything else so 20 MB is a lot.

2,500 megs bandwidth p/month (~70,000 hits)
100 megs disk space (~2,500 pictures)
No porn or offensive pictures
Users must be at least 16 years of age (guess i messed up there)
Only 1 account per person
