Gowser, confront and be honest. If you purposely avoid each other with no good reason, the other is liable to think that you don't like them. Also, the worst thing to do is let things sit when they're already uncomfortable. Either confront it and find out for good or bad where you actually stand with her.

I have experienced a similar situation. I never did find out what exactly I did to make her feel uncomfortable and avoid me, but over the last 10 years of thinking about it I think I figured it out. Don't avoid the confrontation, because if you don't you'll wonder why something was or wasn't working for a decade.

My advice is not to befriender her toomch cause then she wont go out your "too much of a friend get to know her a fair amout then ask her out but once you get there keeping her requires skill. take her places she want to go, but you have to suggest it first, like a chick flick. when shopping with her remeber to bring lots of cash, its better to end up sending a little to much, then none and having her think your cheep. it also shows her youwilling to spend money on her.
